Adams Iddrisu Enjoys His New Bike!

29 Dupari Adams Iddrisu resized
Dear Luke,

Adams Iddrisu is a farmer from the village Dupari, located in the Upper West Region of Ghana. Most people in Dupari are farmers who grow yams, corn, peanuts, millet and sorghum, and they take their produce to Bulenga for sale–5 km away from Dupari.  There is no public transportation between Bulenga and Dupari, so most people walk.  Adams’s  farm is three miles from his house and before he had a bicycle he would walk this distance with whatever load he had to carry.

Thanks to your donation, Adams received a bicycle and was taught how to take care of it.  He says, “I go fast and come as fast as I like.  The bicycle is very nice and may God let you maintain His work and bring other bicycles to Dupari.” Owning a bike will make life for Adams much easier–more productive and happier, too!

Adams is very thankful for your donation, Luke!  Thank you for your support of Village Bicycle Project!
