Musa’s New Bicycle Brings Joy to Family

Dear James,

Thank you for your support of the Village Bicycle Project bicycle repair workshop in Konjiaji, Ghana! Konjiaji is a remote village in the furthest NW corner of Ghana where no English is spoken, miles from a main road.

Musa Adamaa sells tobacco in villages near Konjiahi.  He rides his bike from village to village, at times to Baayiri market that is about 15 miles away.  He is 61 years old.  He also lets his children use the bicycle to run errands for him.  Before they had the bicycle, they would complain about doing errands, but now they are excited to do anything he wants if it means they get to ride his bicycle. Owning a bike increases Musa’s income, productivity and his health!

Thanks, James, for your donation and making life better for Musa. Not only does the bicycle help them with their day-to-day tasks, it is a source of joy for the whole family.
