Yahaya used to walk six miles, six days a week!

Thank you for your support of the Village Bicycle Project bicycle repair workshop in Konjiaji, Ghana! Konjiaji is a village located in the Northwest corner of Ghana. No English is spoken here.

Thanks to your donation, Yahaya received a bicycle! He will get a rack for it and use it to travel to and from his farm, which is about three miles away from his home. He goes to his farm every day except Friday, the muslim day of prayer.

Without the bicycle, Yahaya had to walk six miles a day. He is excited to save time by biking! Now, he can spend more time working at the farm and still have more time at home!
