Ahmadu gets around better on his bike!

Ahmadu is a farmer living in Konjiahi, Ghana. He is 65 years old and his farm is about 2 miles from his house. Joseph, thanks to your donation, Ahmadu received a bicycle that he uses to ride to and from his house!

Ahmadu also rides his bicycle to the Wa market, located about 7 to 8  kilometers away. At Wa, he can purchase many things that are not available in his village. Without a bicycle it is difficult to get to Wa, as there is no public transportation from Konjiahi to Wa. If he wants to go to Wa, he needs to go to the main road several miles away and wait for a private taxi. This takes a lot of energy and time.
