Imoro lives in Konjiahi, Ghana. Thanks to your donation, Bill, he received a bicycle and was taught how to take care of it! Imoro rides his bicycle to his school in Kperisi, which is about 2 miles from his house.
Without the bicycle he had to walk both ways, which takes up a lot of time that could be used for his homework or helping his family at their farm. Imoro also rides his bicycle to the family farm, which is 2 miles from his house in the other direction from school. He says the most important thing he learned in the workshop is how to fix a tire puncture by himself so that his father doesn’t have to pay the fitter to do it for him.
Inoro is very thankful for your donation, Bill! Thank you for your support of Village Bicycle Project!
