Teacher Mahama uses his new bicycle to get to school faster

www.villagebicycleproject.org
Dear Hubie,

Mahama is from the town of Bulenga, in the Upper West Region of Ghana. Mahama is a teacher in the village of Dupari, about 3 miles away. There is no public transportation between Bulenga and Dupari, therefore most people walk the distance between Bulenga and Dupari.

Thanks to your donation, Mahama received a bicycle and was taught how to take care of it. Without a bicycle Mahama had to walk an hour from Bulenga to work in Dupari. Now that he has a bicycle he can get there faster and work harder because he is not so tired. He says the bicycle will give him more time to correct the work of his students and prepare classes and it will make his life much easier.  Mahama is very excited to own a bike, and looks forward to riding it to work.

Mahama is very thankful for your donation, Hubie! Thank you for your support of Village Bicycle Project!
