Seth Apiah is from Bodaa, Ghana, on the western boarder next to Cote D’Ivoire. Most people in this town of about 1000 people are farmers, and the soil is fairly good there. People in Bodaa walk most places they go, and waste valuable time.
Seth is a cashew farmer. Thanks to your donation, Seth received a bicycle and learned how to care for it. Seth will use his bicycle to go to the farm, about 7 km away from his home. Before he got the bicycle, he used to walk to his farm and it took a lot of time. Seth shares the bicycle with his children who also ride it to the farm. Owning a bike saves time and energy for Seth and his family, and makes life a lot more productive!
Seth is very thankful for your donation, James and Julie! Thanks for your support of the Village Bicycle Project!
