Rose saves time and energy riding her bike to school!

Dear Thomas,

Rose is from Bodaa, Ghana, on the western border next to Cote D’Ivoire. Most people in this town of about 1000 people are farmers, and the soil is fairly good there. People in Bodaa walk most places they go, which wastes valuable time.

Rose is a student, and thanks to your donation, received a bicycle and learned how to care for it. Rose will use her bicycle to go to her school, about 2 km away from her home. Rose used to walk to school every day, but now she can bike, saving her time and energy for sleeping, studying, or helping around the house. She also shares her bike with her grandfather. Owning a bike helps Rose save time and improve her education!

Rose is very thankful for your donation, Thomas!  Thanks for your support of the Village Bicycle Project!
