Harford Bosia rides 6km each day instead of walking!

Dear Trevor,

Harford is from Bodaa, Ghana, located on the western border of the country, next to Cote D’Ivoire. Most in this town of about 1000 people are farmers, and the soil is fairly good there.  People in Bodaa walk most places they go however, wasting valuable time getting around.

Harford is a cashew farmer, and thanks to your donation, received a bicycle and lessons on how to care for it.  Harford is 65 years old and has been walking 3km each way from his home to the farm all his life. He is so excited about having more time and strength for farming, thanks his new bike, which he can also use to haul his tools and crops. He will share his bicycle with his children who will use it for farming too. Owning a bike saves time and energy for Harford and his family, and makes life a lot more productive!

Harford is very thankful for your donation,  Trevor!  Thanks for your support of the Village Bicycle Project!
