Sekyreh is so happy to ride instead of walk!

Dear John,

Sekyreh Dickson is from Bodaa, Ghana, on the western boarder next to Cote D’Ivoire. Most people in this town of about 1000 people are farmers, and the soil is fairly good there.  People in Bodaa walk most places they go, and waste valuable time getting places they need to go. Thanks to your donation, Stephen received a bicycle and was taught how to take care of it.

Sekyreh is a 37 year old cashew farmer.  His farm is over 3 miles away, and he spends an hour walking each way, while carrying heavy tools and supplies.  With the help of the bike, Sekyreh can now easily get to the farm and back, and still have time to work around his house. Owning a bike saves time and energy for Sekyreh, and makes life a lot more productive!

Sekyreh is very thankful for your donation, John!  Thanks for your support of the Village Bicycle Project!
