Michael is from Bodaa, Ghana, a town on the western border of the country next to Cote D’Ivoire. Most people in this town of about 1,000 people are farmers and waste valuable time because they have no means of transportation besides walking. Thanks to your donation, Stephen received a bicycle and was taught how to take care of it.
Michael is a 65 year-old cashew farmer. His farm is five kilometers away and he used to spend well over an hour walking each way while carrying heavy tools and supplies. With the help of his bike from Village Bicycle Project, Michael can now more easily get to the farm and back, and still have time to work around his house. He is very happy to have a bike and know how to fix the tires. Owning a bike saves time and energy for Michael and makes life a lot more productive!
Michael is very thankful for your donation, Adam! Thank you for your support of the Village Bicycle Project!
