Samuel is from Apegusu, Ghana. Most people in this town of about 2,000 people are farmers, and the soil is fairly good there. People in Apegusu have to walk to most places and waste valuable time in the process. Thanks to your donation, Samuel received a bicycle and was taught how to take care of it.
Samuel is a 17 year-old student at the local school. He is able to devote more time to school work, family chores, and visiting friends because of the time he saves with his new mode of transportation. His friends are very envious of his bike! Owning a bike saves time and money for Samuel, and makes life a lot more productive and enjoyable!
Samuel is very thankful for your donation, Ted and Pam! Thanks for your support of the Village Bicycle Project!
