Sylvester rides his bike to a more successful life!

Dear Erik,

Sylvester is from Apegusu, Ghana. Most people in this town of about 2,000 people are farmers due to the rich soil in the surrounding area. People in Apegusu walk most places they go and waste valuable time getting around. Thanks to your donation, Sylvester received a bicycle and was taught how to take care of it.

Sylvester is a 32 year-old teacher at the Frankadua RC school as well as a photographer. He used to have to walk two kilometers to school each day, but he can now save energy for class due to his VBP bicycle. What’s more, he distributes photos to people in the surrounding villages and can save hours with his new mode of transportation. He is very happy to be able to devote his time to things he truly cares about!

Samuel is very thankful for your donation, Erik! Thanks for your support of the Village Bicycle Project!
