Anibire’s children ride the bike to run errands for their parents, and at time to get to school, which is 6 km from their house. She says “This is the only bicycle in our family. It helps us go to the places we need to go and it saves us a lot of time! For example, if I need my son to go to market now he can also come back and work on the farm on the same day. Before (walking) it would be too late for him to do this! This makes life much easier for everyone!” Owning a bike will save Alogipabe and her family many hours every week, and will help her more productive and successful.
