Joseph Twum is from Bodaa, Ghana,on the western boarder next to Cote D’Ivoire. Most people in this town of about 1000 people are farmers, and the soil is fairly good there. People in Bodaa walk most places they go, and waste valuable time getting around.
Joseph is a 35 year old cashew farmer and raises rabbits, and thanks to your donation, received a bicycle and learned how to care for it. Joseph will use his bicycle to go to the farm, and to the countryside to gather grass for the rabbits. Joseph is so excited to have a bike as he can save time, ride further in less time and take better care of his farm. He will share his bicycle with his wife and children who will go to the farm and markets. Owning a bike saves time and energy for Joseph and his family, and makes life a lot more productive!
Joseph is very thankful for your donation, Marc! Thanks for your support of the Village Bicycle Project!
